Privacy Policy

Daily Briefing is a free tool from Automations For eCom that emails or Slacks your store's daily numbers to you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your email address, used only to sign you in with a one-time link and to deliver the briefings you ask for.
  • Store settings you enter: store name, timezone, currency, and the metrics and schedule you choose.
  • Connection credentials you choose to add (Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo API keys, and any Slack webhook URL), so we can fetch your numbers and deliver to Slack.

We do not ask for a password and we do not process payments.

How your credentials are protected

Any API keys or webhook URLs you add are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. They are never shown back to you in full and are never shared with anyone. We use them only to fetch your daily numbers and deliver your briefing.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to build, preview, and deliver your daily briefing on the schedule you set. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service:

  • Supabase for our database and authentication.
  • Resend to send sign-in links and briefing emails.
  • Vercel for hosting.
  • Google Gemini, only if you turn on the optional AI focus note. It receives your computed numbers for that briefing, never your credentials.

Retention and deletion

You can remove a connection or delete a briefing at any time from your account. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us through Automations For eCom.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
